GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

The full cost of the tour must be paid before the commencement of the itinerary.

The tour price is inclusive of Accommodation at indicated places in Local hotels, Government circuit houses/ Inspection Bungalows/ Tented Camps/ etc. depending on the itinerary and availability with standard menu breakfast on all days including service charges and all taxes.

Cultural tours take in important monuments and land marks of the state and include visits to tribal villages along the main Highways.

Trekking & Wild Life Park itineraries include village-to-village treks and nature and bird watching walks. Tents along with sleeping bags, mats, bed sheets, towels, soap, toilet paper etc., will be provided, as required. Food will be a mix of Indian and Western cuisine and will be provided with standard menu breakfast, lunch and dinner on all days, including service charges and all taxes. Fresh vegetables and fruits will depend on the season and availability.

Transportation will be in non-air-conditioned Multi Utility vehicles and will cover airport and all transfers as per itinerary.

The services of an English-speaking escort will be provided throughout the tour.

The best season to visit is from October to April.

The Tour price does not include:

Air travel and airport taxes, travel and baggage insurance etc. and personal expenses such as telephone calls, laundry, shopping, beverages, alcohol, tips and fee for still & video cameras if and where applicable or any additional expenses caused due to any circumstances, which are beyond our control, such as a natural calamity, roadblocks, strikes & riots, illness etc and Government entry fee.

Foreign nationals, wishing to visit Arunachal Pradesh as tourists, must have a Restricted/Protected Area Permit issued by the Government of Arunachal Pradesh.
